Data Deletion Instructions

If you want Kashmeregate Auto Parts to delete your account and personal data, follow the steps below.

How to request deletion

1. Email info@kashmeregates.com or message us on WhatsApp +91 97118 90919.
2. Include your registered phone number (and email if you have one) so we can find your account.
3. Write clearly that you are requesting account and personal data deletion.

What we do

After we verify your request, we delete your account and personal data within 30 days, except records we must keep for tax / GST and other legal requirements (for example invoices and accounting books). Those retained records are limited to what the law requires and are not used for marketing.
