WhatsApp Business messaging

We use WhatsApp Business messaging through Meta (WhatsApp Cloud API) to send transactional updates such as order status, payment confirmation, shipping, login codes, and catalogue or quote replies when you have contacted us or opted to receive updates. Meta processes message delivery under its own terms and privacy policy. You can stop marketing-style messages by telling us on WhatsApp; transactional messages related to an active order may still be required.

Payments

Online payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store full card or UPI credentials on our servers. Razorpay handles payment data under its own privacy policy and security controls.
