Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Kashmeregate Auto Parts (Katyal Gaskets) at www.kashmeregates.com and purchases from our shop at 145/5 Ganda Nala Bazar, Kashmere Gate, Delhi 110006. By placing an order or creating an account, you agree to these Terms.

Orders

An order is accepted when we confirm it (website, WhatsApp, or email). We may cancel or adjust an order if stock is unavailable, pricing is incorrect, or payment fails. Minimum order value and MOQ rules may apply per product or account type.

Pricing

Prices shown are in Indian Rupees and are generally exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. Applicable GST and shipping (if any) are added at checkout or on the invoice. Trade Partner rates apply only to approved trade accounts.

Payment and delivery

Payment may be made online (for example via Razorpay), UPI / QR, cash deposit, or other methods we agree with you. Delivery timelines are estimates and depend on stock, courier, and destination. Risk in goods passes on delivery or as stated on the invoice.

Returns

Returns are accepted only for wrong, damaged, or defective items reported promptly with order details and photos where requested. Electrical or fitted parts may have limited return eligibility. Approved returns follow our credit or replacement process. Custom or cut-to-order items are generally non-returnable.

Liability

We supply auto parts for intended vehicle fitment; correct selection and installation remain the buyer's responsibility. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount paid for the affected goods. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or your orders.
